Delegates from the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs)?

  • Due to restrictions of the VA, delegates can make arrangements through a recognised US vendor. Please email Paul Sharkey for details


Registration By Credit or Debit Card (Preferred)

    Notes:
  • The online payment form is via the University of Reading (UK) payment system.
  • You will be asked to set up an account (choose a login name and password) and enter Customer Details (this is a once only process).
  • When registering, there is an autofill button which will pull details from your Customer Details section.
  • You can include additional delegates on one form should you wish to.
  • You can include additional banquet tickets for non-delegate partners (please supply name of guest).
  • You can add dietary or other special requirements.
  • At the Summary Page, you can view an itemised list ("View Pending Bookings").

  • Once payment is processed you will automatically receive an itemised receipt for your booking by email.

  • If you logout before completing registration, any pending booking information will be deleted (your Customer Details are still stored).

  • If you have used this system before, for previous conferences, your Customer Details may still be stored, so try the autofill option.


Registration By Bank Transfer or Cheque/Check

  • Payment be Bank Transfer or Cheque/Check will not be accepted after September 10.

  • Please email Paul Sharkey for details on registration by Bank Transfer
Notes:
  • Please enclude full details of the delegate.
  • Additional delegates can be added to a single payment, but a separate form for each delegate will be required.
  • You can include additional banquet tickets for non-delegate partners (please supply name of guest).
  • You can add dietary or other special requirements.

  • Please include a proof of transfer (acknowledgement or receipt of transfer) from your bank.
  • The forms should be scanned and emailed to Paul Sharkey.
  • Once payment is processed at the University of Reading you will be sent a receipt for payment by email.

  • Payment be Bank Transfer will not be accepted after August 20.
  • Authors who wish to pay by Bank Transfer or Cheque should allow sufficent time for the transfer/cheque to clear. This may take up to 7 days - giving a target date to start the transfer of August 10.
