ICDVRAT Registration 2012

PLEASE NOTE: for the 2012 conference there will be a limit to delegate numbers of 120.

Attendance at ICDVRAT is open to all. Discounts are available for advance registration and also to members of Intl Soc. for Virtual Rehabilitation (ISVR) and ISVR partner organisations.

• Advance Registration Rates available from May 15, 2012 until July 15, 2012

• Standard Registration Rates available from July 16, 2012 until August 31, 2012

• Late Registration Rates is available from September 1, 2012 and on-site.

Registration fees (full and student delegates) include:

• ICDVRAT 2012 CD Proceedings with Book of Abstracts and CD Archive papers (1996-2010); lunches, coffee breaks, Conference Reception and Conference Banquet.

• At least one author from each paper is required to register as a full delegate by June 30, 2010 in order for the paper to be included in the program and formally published in the Conference Proceedings.

Types of Registration

• Full Delegate: also entitles the delegate to apply for an ICDVRAT Sponsored Student Award (see below).

• Student: proof of student status will be required.

• Discounted Student Rate: with the introduction of Sponsored Student Awards (see below), this access-only rate has been discontinued.

ISVR Discount / Additional Banquet Tickets

• ISVR members and ISVR partner organisations can receive a discount of £25 (equiv. ~ €30 / $40) off Advance and Standard Registration rates (and £15, equiv. ~ €20 / $25, for Student Delegates).

• Additional Banquet tickets will be available for purchase for partners of delegates.

NEW: ICDVRAT Sponsored Student Awards

• From 2012, ICDVRAT is introducing a number of ICDVRAT Sponsored Student Awards.

• These awards will contribute 50% towards the advance Student Delegate fee and are available to students who are accompanying a Full Delegate registering before July 15, 2012.

• There will be 6 (six) such awards available for the 2012 conference.

• The awards will be allocated through competition - see the ICDVRAT Sponsored Student Awards page for more details.

Registration Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment may be made by credit card or by Bank Transfer.

• Payments up to August 31 may be made by either Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. For Bank Transfer, the (scanned) proof of transfer must be submitted email (or fax) with the registration form.

• Payments between September 1 and September 10 will be accepted by Credit Card only. Registration closes on September 10.

• Cancellation of registration prior to July 15, 2012 will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee; cancellation up to August 31, 2012 will be refunded at 50%. The registration fee is non-refundable after August 31, 2012.

• Any refunds will only be credited to the original credit card or bank account from which the payment was sourced.
