Programme Outline

The conference will be held over three full days from September 10-12.

A list of presentations that have been accepted for presentation at the conference will be available after the formal review procesas. The final list of presentations will be published on the conference website on July 10.

The conference format will largely follow that of previous conferences. This will include:

• Two Keynote Addresses: Pierre-Alain Joseph and Alma Merians


• Full Paper Presentations of the latest research in the field. Papers will be presented over the full three days of the conference. As an indication of the topics that might be presented, please browse the ICDVRAT Archive for past conferences.


• Short Paper Presentations via Poster Presentations. The Short Paper (summary podium and poster) presentations will be held on Day 2.


• Break Out Sessions for informal demonstrations

Delegates at the conference will be able to meet with all presenters during the conference including at lunch and coffee breaks as well as the conference social events:

• Conference Reception (Evening of 10th)


• Conference Dinner (Evening of the 11th)
