• Full Papers will only be included if one of the authors has registered with the conference.

Conference Posters Documentation for Authors

• The format for Short Papers (Poster Presentation) is the same as for Full Papers (see link above), but limited to 4 pages.


• Short Papers must be accompanied by a single slide (single slide PowerPoint or single JPEG or single page PDF) in landscape for inclusion in a compendium podium presentation. Authors will have the opportunity to summarise their paper in this session.


• Short Papers are also presented at the conference through a poster display. Posters should be in Portriat orientation. Templates are available is you wish to use them: PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) File or PowerPoint 97 (.ppt) File


• Short Papers will only be included if one of the authors has registered with the conference.

Copyright

• Submission of a final paper for publication assigns to ICDVRAT the copyright and the right to publish the paper, and allows ICDVRAT to seek further publication (with the consent of the authors) in journal special issues or elsewhere.


• ICDVRAT will publish all papers online within 6 months of the conference.


• ICDVRAT will not withhold copyright permission upon request of the authors.
