Acceptance Notification

• Due to the extension of the submission deadline, we have some delays in the review process. All authors will be notified of the outcome of the reviews by 22^nd May 2010.

Call for Posters

• A Call for Posters has been issued : submission deadline is 31^st May 2010.

Final Paper Submission Deadline

• Format Notes for all final papers, including copyright notice, are the same and can be downloaded here:

• Final papers must be submitted by 1^st July 2010 and must be accompanied by the following:

• Papers will only be included if one of the authors has registered with the conference.

Copyright

• Submission of a final paper (both for ICDVRAT or for ArtAbilitation) for publication assigns to ICDVRAT the copyright, the right to publish, and allows ICDVRAT to seek further publication (with the consent of the authors) in journal special issues or elsewhere.
• ICDVRAT will publish all papers online within 6 months of the conference.
• ICDVRAT will not withhold copyright permission upon request of the authors.
